- One camping unit per campsite
- Check In is between 1:00 pm and 9:00 pm. If you need to arrive early or late, please contact the front desk, and we will do our best to work with you.
- For all reservations and accommodations: Middlefork RV Park does not refund any amount for early departure..
- Cancellations/ Refunds. All DAILY and WEEKLY reservations must be paid in full at time of reservation. This payment less one night site fee is refundable only if the reservation is cancelled three days (3) or more before the Arrival Date indicated above.
- All MONTHLY reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of $350.00 and are considered month-to-month stays. The deposit paid for a monthly reservation is refundable only if the reservation is cancelled with thirty days (30) or more notification or upon the Guest’s departure from Middlefork RV Park in complete compliance with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Should a monthly guest violate any provision of this Agreement during their stay, the deposit will immediately become nonrefundable without further notice or any action by Middlefork RV Park. For all monthly reservations, the rate for the first month shall be due with the required deposit upon Guest’s execution of this Agreement, and for each additional month of the stay shall be paid in advance on the first business day of each month. The rate for any partial month shall be prorated by the day.
- There will be no refunds for Guests who depart prior to the originally scheduled departure date. When a refund is warranted, Guest hereby acknowledges that a refund may take up to thirty (30) days. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, all cancellations and refunds will be made at the sole discretion of Middlefork RV Park. Guest may not transfer Guest’s reservation or occupancy of a space to a third party without Middlefork RV Park’s prior written consent, which may be granted or withheld in Middlefork RV Park’s sole and absolute discretion.
- Dogs with responsible owners are welcome on individual sites. Dogs must be kept under owners’ control at all times and picked up after – every time!
- Dogs may not be left unattended at any time or outside at night.
- Sorry – No dogs are allowed on Group tenting areas at any time.
- Visitors are allowed at your site providing the following rules are followed.
- All Visitors MUST check in at the office to obtain a Visitor pass.
- Absolutely no visiting dogs are allowed on the campground.
- Due to limited parking at sites, all visitor vehicles must be left on the upper campground.
- You may have ONE camping rig (tent, trailer, 5th wheel, motorhome, camper are all considered a camping rig) plus ONE additional vehicle at your site.
- Any additional vehicles may park for no additional charge (for registered guests) in our parking area in the upper level.
- No trailers or ATV’s at the camp sites.
- Free basic WIFI is provided throughout the campground. However, this system is provided for every camper so it does not allow for any type of streaming, videos, or downloads. It does not support Netflix or Pandora or any other streaming apps.
- There are some over the air TV channels that can sometimes be received in the RV Park, but there is no cable in the campground.
- Most phone carriers work in the campground but you may find you get better reception in the upper RV Park area.
- Photographs of campers while on campground property may be used in promotional materials.
Note: Further guidelines are found in our check-in packet, which everyone receives at time of Check in. All guests are responsible for reading and following guidelines. Wagon masters and Group Leaders are responsible for everyone in their group following the guidelines. Failure to follow the guildelines may result in expulsion from the park with no refund.
